RIDE Drew Kessler
Drew Kessler is a Vice President and Relationship Manager of the Commercial Real Estate division for M&T Bank. He currently is responsible for a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with major businesses within the metro New York City area; while increasing the bank’s business in established and developing markets. His leadership positions in the industry date back to 2003. Drew has built his career as one of the leading bankers in New York. Drew prides himself on his commitment to client service and his comprehensive knowledge of the real estate and financing industry as well as his dedication to community service.
Drew values the relationships he has built with other professionals in the real estate industry; particularly the Realtors with whom he works hand-in-hand to make sure that their clients have a great experience. In 2008 Drew obtained his Real Estate license and became a Realtor to better serve the Realtor community. He was named President to the Rockland County Board of Realtors for the year of 2010 and served as the 2015 President for the 10,000-member Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors which covers Rockland, Westchester, Orange and Putnam counties in New York. As a sign of his stature in the real estate community, Drew regularly appeared on Fox Business News from 2008-2013 for his expertise on the finance industry and the real estate market.
A Rotarian since 2001 at the age of 20, Kessler has served the North Rockland Rotary club in all levels of leadership and at the time became the youngest president in their 91-year history at the age 25. Drew is a past District Governor of Rotary District 7210 which is made up of 1600 members in 50 clubs serving the 9 counties of the Hudson Valley in New York. Most recently served as the District’s Rotary Foundation Chair, an Assistant Rotary Coordinator for Zone 32 that encompasses New England, General Chair for the Mid North East President Elect Training and was 1 of 8 members internationally to serve on the Young Past District Governor’s Committee that serves the Rotary International President. Currently serving as Zone 28/32’s General Chair for the upcoming 2021 Symposium in Detroit, Michigan. On December 1, 2020 was Drew nominated to join the 2022-24 Rotary International Board of Directors.
Drew resides in Hopewell Junction, New York with his wife Vicki and their five children Dilynn age 19, Joe age 18, Parker age 16, Jackson age 8 and Brandon age 5.
Alan is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about leadership and reaching new heights in all that we do! His unique philosophy of life revolves around empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on goals and results. By understanding what drives and motivates us, we are able to cultivate more innovative and effective ways of thinking and taking action.
Alan holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and a masters in psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. Alan has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager developing patents and solutions to complex challenges in the mining and metals industry. Living and working abroad has given him the opportunity to deepen his understanding of individual and team challenges, better appreciate cultural diversity and successfully adapt to different organizational structures.
Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, in the spring of 2008 Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family. It was a two-month expedition through some of the most exciting yet terrifying conditions imaginable and their success demanded an unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity. Alan delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs designed to help individuals, team members and organizations reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take in order to achieve breakthrough performance.
Tracy Jones, MBA, PhD
Dr. Tracey Jones is an author, speaker, veteran, publisher, podcaster, and international leadership expert, who currently serves as President of Tremendous Leadership. She picked up the reigns from her father, Charlie “Tremendous” Jones, in 2008. Tracey is a passionate lifelong learner whose career spans top positions in four major industries, from the military to high tech to defense contracting and publishing.
She is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, a decorated veteran who served in the First Gulf War and Bosnian War, earned an MBA in Global Management, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies through Lancaster Bible College. Tracey is also a faculty member of the prestigious Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and was awarded a Doctor of Humane Letters (honorary Ph.D.) from Central Penn College in 2017.
Tracey is the author of ten titles, five of which are children’s books that use her rescue pets to teach character development to our next generation of emerging leaders. Her latest book, SPARK: 5 Essentials to Ignite the Greatness Within, was an Amazon #1 new release and contained her research on the energy between leaders and followers and the power of resiliency and intrinsic motivation. Tracey’s company has donated over $1.8M to local homeless shelters, recovery outreach, and mission groups, disaster recovery organizations, and scholarships to local colleges in the past ten years.
She has served on numerous non-profit boards where she uses her resources to spark the greatness in others. You can find her traveling the world speaking to groups spanning from women’s ministries in Africa to teaching middle schoolers in Europe or interviewing world leaders for her Leaders on Leadership podcast.
Tracey lives in Enola, PA, with her husband, Mike, and enjoys the outdoors, biking, traveling, spending time with her pack of rescue pets, and giving others the tools to live a tremendous life.
